Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza lands on the 34th spot in travel website Big 7’s 50 Best Pizzas in the World list, the only Filipino pizza retailer to make it to the roster. The casual dining restaurant offers a variety of flavors that include Margherita, Panna Picante, Rosa Bianca, Bacon Gouda, and Breakfast Pizza.

“Their pizzas are cooked in a traditional Italian-style with dough that has been baked in-house and proves for at least a day,” the website reads about Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza. This long fermentation allows the yeast to rise as much as it can to enhance the flavor of the dough. “They then cook the pizza within a couple of minutes at 400C, which results in a perfect crust. The toppings are what really bring their pizzas alive. Never a dull meal in here.”

The list is topped by Italy’s L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, followed by Canada’s The Good Son, and Australia’s 400 Gradi.
