London House first began operating in Tsim Sha Tsui East in 2016 while Maze Wing located in the new Harbour City Ocean Terminal opened in 2018. All three restaurants are in partnership with Hong Kong F&B group Dining Concepts, which also runs concepts such as Bombay Dreams, BLT Burger and Ophelia.
His latest venture—the Plane Food at the Hong Kong International Airport launched last January—continues to be operational despite the unpredictability of foot traffic. Jamie Oliver, another British chef and restaurateur, also closed the Hong Kong and Taipei branches of Jamie’s Italian.
