German knife manufacturer launches first concept store in Manila

From its first store in Berlin in 1818, Zwilling has finally opened its first stand-alone store in the Philippines.

The brand has consistently evolved to meet the demands of professional chefs and consumers with its line of flatware, cookware, and kitchen tools that are meant to last a lifetime.

We are proud to announce that we are bringing the European lifestyle here in the Philippines through the partnership with the Zwilling Group. We strongly feel that Filipinos deserve such high quality products that are built to last,” said Mark Zwolfer, Abenson Group Brand’s general manager.

The intimate space carries five specific brands under the Zwilling Group including: Zwilling Knives, which are used by some Michelin-starred chefs around the world; Zwilling Cookware; Staub, known for its French enameled cast iron cookware; Italian-made non-stick cookware Ballarini; and Miyabi, a premium line of sophisticated and innovative Japanese knives crafted by artisans.

These products also act like heirloom pieces in that they can be passed on from one generation to the next

Headlining the opening is the Zwilling Four Star knife range, which has been a bestseller for 40 years. The Staub Cocotte collection is also in the spotlight, offering the perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality as cooking essentials.

The store is located at the lower ground floor of SM Megamall Building B in Mandaluyong City. The brand also has a shop-in-shop in Abenson Ascott, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig
