This year’s Manila Food and Beverage Expo (MAFBEX) aims to take attendees on an ultimate food adventure by bringing together the food and beverage innovations from here and around the world. But more than just a haven for those with an appetite for good food, MAFBEX 2018 is an event for investors and trade players alike in search of the latest ventures in F&B. One highlight that has consistently drawn business-minded foodies is the Franchising Zone, a designated area that hosts various food carts and stall businesses that are open for franchising. Here is a rundown of some of the participating businesses.

IYAH’S ICE CREAM MILKSHAKE

In a tropical country such as the Philippines, it’s no surprise that Iyah’s ice cream and milkshakes always have a place in the Filipino diet. Add to that the fact that its milkshake menu comes in an assortment of flavors that were carefully developed and refined to suit the various tastes of customers.

MASTER SIOMAI

Over the years, this humble siomai food cart has garnered a loyal following for its tasty dimsum selections that cater to the Filipino palate. Apart from selling ready-to-eat dimsum, Master Siomai also specializes in the production and distribution of processed meat such as ham and siomai.
