Just when we thought Jollibee had wrapped up its developments for the year—after launching a series of cloud kitchens, creating culture-specific menus, and opening new overseas branches—it decides to roll out its  latest delivery innovation, the multi-delivery service.

Launched on Dec. 1, the multi-delivery service gives customers two options. First, they can order from one brand and send it to multiple locations, a choice available nationwide, or consumers can order from different brands and send to various locations. This alternative is piloting in Metro Manila. Both in-house delivery and aggregator partners will be utilized.

The multi-delivery service is the group’s way to adapt to the changing needs of consumers, especially this holiday season. From having to order multiple times, users will now only do it once plus they can easily share it with other people in different locations. This development will harness their brands and network of more than 2,400 delivery stores.

Will we hear more innovations from the Jollibee Group before 2020 concludes?
